WASHINGTON, March 19, 2024 – Online retail sales accounted for 15.4% of total sales in 2023, according to the U.S. Census, so it makes sense that small business owners would want to consider an e-commerce strategy. But for a new entrepreneur, how do you know if it’s right for your business?

This is a complete course for the start-up business owner or for the person who is already in business and wants to do better.

Each class will feature a different topic.  You will receive expert advice on legal considerations, developing a business plan, insurance needs, banking, financing your business, marketing, budgeting and cash management, bookkeeping and accounting.

This series will take place on 5 Thursday evenings from 6:30-9:00pm and is in partnership with the Henrietta Continuing Education Department. The dates are May 2, 9, 15, 23 and 30.
