I have done that as the Deputy to the organizational leader for strategy and as a Director of Finance as well as an adviser for multiple non-profit and religious organizations and small businesses. I am also well versed in business operations and improvement and counseled leaders and organizations on how to improve the operations and processes as a Director of Business Improvement. As an entrepreneur, I established a successful small home improvement/construction company as well as a small professional accounting firm. I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
