As a previous Federal Government Program Manager at NASA and FAA (over 30 years of experience) and Government Contractor (8a) I have first hand experience on how the Federal Government operates. I have a breadth of experience with the Federal Government accounting, financial, and procurement processes. In the IT arena I have managed the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) products as well as the implementation of data warehousing and reporting projects using Oracle and SAP products. I have been the chair of many technical teams that score proposals submitted to the Government as well as the Contracting Officers Technical Representative (COTR) on many IT contracts. In his most recent position I worked for an 8a contractor developing business strategy, writing proposals, and as well as providing support as a Solutions Architect. My areas of expertise are assisting startup IT companies on how to navigate the Federal Market space and assisting established companies with competitive marketing strategies.
