• Served as owner-operator of two quick service restaurants (QSR) franchise locations with an average of 20 employees per unit and with peak combined sales of $1.2 million annually.
• Managed marketing strategy for each unit including grass-roots marketing efforts directed to downtown businesses and direct mail and door-to-door marketing campaigns which tripled revenues within the first eight months of first store opening.
