HOW DID SCORE HELP THE CLIENT?

In the first few months of receiving my license as a health care organization, I was having a challenge getting clients. So I started to utilize my relationships built from previous workplaces. I was looking for mentorship with a focus on marketing when I came across Score. Through my sessions, i learned the best way to market my business. My mentors were very honest and direct with me, which I very much appreciated.  It helped me to stand out by being creative in my marketing approach. For instance, one suggestion was the importance of staying in touch with clients even after their discharge. We came up with a plan of sending a check-in card every six months so that we can remain top of mind. If ever our services are needed again, the clients know who to call.

WHAT HAS CLIENT ACHIEVED TO DESERVE THIS AWARD?

In this industry, it is very difficult to attain the number of clients I have served within a short period of time I have been in business. Currently, 13 staff are employed when a year ago I had no staff. Projections of this year’s clients are for 10 new wellness clients - currently, we have five, with three prospects. For our skilled care clients-our projection was 40 for the year, and we currently have served 13 paying clients. Moreover, the ability to give pro bono services to clients who are unable to pay is fulfilling especially for a very small business that has only fully functioned for a year and a half. We are very much on budget and meeting our year’s projections.
